Also we are counting on having Physical education graduates attending the course to help us develop and spread the game more in their facilities.”
Both the Strength & Conditioning courses will be delivered in partnership with Assi High Performance (UK), building on a strong long-standing partnership with the LRLF. Hani Assi (Owner/Director) said: “I am pleased and excited to be back again in Lebanon to continue our partnership in delivering the Strength & Conditioning workshops aimed at educating RL athletes and coaches to better understand the physical demands of the game and how to best prepare for it. Assi Performance will be bringing international and local expertise in physical preparation and sports nutrition to bring the best to support local talent.”
