Midlands Under 18s returned from the RLEF Youth Festival in Belgrade, Serbia, with two further victories under their belt. The tour departed the UK on 16th August and returned 19th August.

In addition to playing Germany Under 18s and Serbia Under 18s, the coaching staff provided some coaching support to a Russia Under 16s selection from Moscow who played Serbia Under 16s and the referees in the management team provided practical feedback to the Serbian match officials who took charge of the matches.

All matches took place at the Ada Cinganlija sports stadium on a 3g Pitch.

The Midlands travelled to the 2012 event, beating Lebanon 46-4 and Serbia 30-0.

Germany suffered a heavy defeat to Serbia on Friday 16th August, with the Midlands team in attendance. The team also watch Serbia's Under 16s go down to Russia Under 16s
