Serbian Rugby League Federation official Radoslav Novakovic has been found guilty of Misconduct for a breach of RLEF operational rules 8.1(a) and (e). Mr Novakovic, who had been found guilty of Misconduct in December, was found to have breached the terms of his sanction by touring with the Serbian national team to Australia earlier this year.

He has been handed a €1000 fine (suspended) and has chosen not to appeal.
