Wales have released two train-on squads for the forthcoming Student Home Nations Championships in Glasgow between the 18th and 22nd of April.

To maximise the potential of the final Wales team, "South Wales Residents" and "North Wales / Exiles" train-on squads have been released and the final squad will be selected by coach Clive Griffiths following further trials.

Wales last won the title in 2009 but lost out to England last year.
