Italy v Spain Preview

Italy and Spain  have confirmed their 19 man squads for this Saturday's big qualification game for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup to be staged in Lignano, Italy. 

The group A fixture Italy versus Spain kick offs at 4pm local time, 2nd November at Stadio Communale G. Teghil, Viale Europa, Lignano Sabbiadoro. The game will be streamed live on the Facebook on F..I.R.L @italiarugbyleague facebook page and can be seen here: https://m.facebook.com/ItaliaRugbyLeague/?locale2=it_IT 

 Italy Head Coach Leo Epifania said: "Preparations for the upcoming qualifiers are on track, the squad and staff have been great. We are now looking forward to the matches and the business end of the campaign".

Spain Head Coach Darren Fisher Said: "It’s been a good week in recovery and we are looking forward to some final preparations. The squad know where we need to fix up some areas and where we need to be more clinical to get something from tomorrow. The team build on believe and passion and we base it all as a family, in that alone there will be nothing left behind tomorrow and we are looking forward to a good contest"
