Following recent discussions between the Albania Rugby League and the European Rugby League, ERL has been asked to clarify the following points:

1. The Albania Rugby League is a member of both the European Rugby League and the International Rugby League. It is the only organization recognised by both ERL and IRL as the National Federation in Albania, thus the sole entity authorised to apply for recognition of Senior International Matches involving Albania.

2. The Albania Rugby Federation is not a member of either the ERL or the IRL.

European Rugby League is happy to detail further information regarding the the membership of Albania Rugby League to any parties should it be required.
