Norge RL have run a successful training camp weekend for their international U16s and U19s squads in Sandnes. Ten new players were selected across the groups and put through their paces by the coaching staff.
U16s coach, Lars Haigh, commented: “We had a very productive training camp with a squad of 18 players, half of whom are new to the squad. All the boys bonded well and learnt a lot over the two days. We are looking forward to working with the squad in 2026.”
“We had our last camp of this season. It was the perfect end to a tough season where we had very positive results,” added U19s coaches Joshua William Hornby and Ben Eidsaune-Little. “New faces turned up for the open camp to try out for next season and brought with them a lot of potential. It was sad to see some of players have their final camp before moving on to the senior level, but we were glad we could send them off with a successful season under their belt.”
