Defending champions Oslo Capitals retained their trophy with a 36-12 win over Flekkefjord Tigers in the Norwegian Grand Final staged in Arendal, Edwin Ohana their star performer. The sides were locked at 12-all at the break, Joachim Larsen in fine form for the Tigers, but the Capitols’ great experience shone in the closing stages.

The venue was specifically chosen to help launch a recruitment drive for the new side in the competition for 2015, Arendal Pikes who’s chairman Daniel Fosseli arranged the hospitality for the sides; Norway national team manager Anne Haigh, who flew in from the UK especially, presenting the medals.
