The first game in the 2015 Spanish Cup has been played with Valencia-based Torrent Tigres defeating home side Alcoià Comtat 50-18 at the Llometa Stadium, Muro de Alcoy in Alicante. Tigres led 22-4 at the break and were in control throughout.
The next first round tie will see Almogàvers XIII play Valencian Warriors on 21st December, with the winners joining Tigres and the top two teams in Spain, Ciencias Valencia and Irreductibles CREM in the second round.
The final is set for 10 May 2015.
